Job Description:

• Picking and packing customer orders according to the items, quantities, and descriptions of the product that is indicated on the packing slips
• Verifying orders, batch codes, and piece count
• Packing orders according to order requirements and attaching proper packing/shipping information
• Visual inspection of product, requires attention to detail.

• Minimum SPM holder
• Must be organized and able to maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Liaise with customers on vessel/truck bookings
• Coordinate with Operations team on cargo readiness
• Coordinate with Bonded Customers Department on loading/unloading
• Assist on Bill of Lading (BIL) confirmation, port system etc
• Assist in billing to customers.

• Diploma/Degree holder in any field
• Good in Microsoft Excel and email etiquette
• Good command in English and Malay
• Able to work in a team and willing to learn especially on warehouse operation

• Mengambil dan mengumpul salinan cop Delivery Order setiap kali penghantaran dan mengambil bayaran jika perlu
• Memastikan barang yang dihantar betul dan kuantiti yang tepat
• Memastikan lori dalam keadaan baik dan sentiasa melakukan penyelenggaraan lori
• Memeriksa dan mencatat barang penghantaran
• Membantu di dalam mengangkut atau memunggah barangan dari dalam atau luar lori
• Membantu menyusun dan mengemas kawasan gidang jika tidak bertugas diluar
• Ramah mesra, jujur, dan mempunyai tingkah laku yang baik

• Mempunyai lesen memandu lori (GDL).

• Beroperasi mengikut prosedur operasi standard (SOP).
• Mengendalikan trak jangkauan/forklift untuk mengikut keperluan keselamatan oleh OSHA
• Membersih dan menyelenggara kawasan kerja dan peralatan.
• Matikan dan kunci keluar peralatan apabila tidak digunakan.

• Boleh melakukan RT picking sehingga 11 meter

Job Description:

• Supervise workers and ensure that they carry out their job function with full responsibility & efficiency. 
• Coordinate weekly & monthly stock count on all stock and prepare IRA reports for submission.   
• Ensure FIFO through Plan, organize, monitor control, review to have a good storage system and safety in control at all time.  
• Investigate and liase with customers on all complaints such as discrepancies in deliveries, damaged product etc. 
• Managed aged and damaged stock and arranged to return to CRW for disposal. 
• Plan leaves for workers 
• Train staff on proper and safe handling of goods and documents.  
• Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time 
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.  
• Any others assignment from Management which is related to Company or career growth. 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”0″ Level, Professional Certificate or Diploma in material handling or equivalent.
• Good understanding in inventory control.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in supervisory of finish goods storage and transaction.
• Computer literate & knowledge in WMS/SAP is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good written and verbal command of English/BM are essential.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Description and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Application Developer, Web Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum Development or equivalent Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies
• Ability to do Research & Development, Analyzing & Designing, Coding, Testing, Implementing, Deployment, Control & Support in software programming development
• Knowledge of web programming coding languages (e.g. ASP.net, C++, Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, HTML & etc.) and more advantage with Microsoft .NET Frameworks Systems
• Understanding user requirements and ability to translate to new application features
• Identifying areas of customization in existing application and subsequently support the programs change request
• Sounds experience with Databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2 & etc.) and Object-Relational Mapping Frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)
• Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies mainly in Microsoft based environment
• Excellent communication skill to collaborate with development team and other IT staffs to set specifications for new applications
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• 2-3 years working experience with BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
